  10.   Pegase is a highly optimized MPEG audio encoder, based upon the
  11.   ISO/MPEG source code.

  18.   - Layer 1/Layer 2 encoding.
  19.   - Accept AIFF, MAUD, WAV, CDDA and RAW files (16 bits samples).
  20.   - Really Faaaaast (2.2:1 ratio using a 68060/50).
  21.   - High quality encoding, which make layer 2 as good as layer 3
  22.     as long as you use a decent bitrate (>= 192 kbits/s).
  23.   - Rewritten with Amiga spirit in mind (4 Kb stack usage, ReadArgs 
  24.     style command line parameters, file requester).
